Recordkeeping Services

Daily Valuations. Daily pricing and processing of transactions to provide accurate, up-to-date plan participant data. Investment fund information is maintained on a unitized basis.

Allocation of Employer Contribution/Forfeitures. All contributions made to the plan are accounted for separately, per participant - Employee Before-Tax, Employee After-Tax, Employer Matching, Profit Sharing and Rollovers. Investment funds, withdrawals and loan activity are also tracked on a per participant level.

Outside Investments. Recordkeeping of assets held outside of the Group Annuity Contract, such as publicly traded employer stock and a variety of no-load, no-transaction fee mutual funds. All recordkeeping of outside assets is on a unitized basis. Fully automated, electronic fund trading is provided.

Loan Administration. We assist in the set-up and administration of the plan’s loan program. We provide the necessary forms and amortization schedules and track loan repayments (principal and interest), all at the participant level.

Vesting Records. We maintain vesting records with years of service on a participant level and can accommodate multiple vesting schedules.

Investment Elections. Investment elections are made in accordance with the provisions of your plan. As permitted, participants may transfer funds and make changes in their investment elections through the use of a toll-free 800 number.

Data Input. Submission of data should be via disk or electronic media transmission (i.e., modem) in ASCII file format. This will enable us to process plan/participant data in a timely and accurate manner.
